5.) Personal Information
-Why did you choose RogueAC?
I wanted to keep running after college, and since I grew up in Austin, joining Rogue AC’s awesome team was too good of an opportunity to pass up.
-What is your least favorite band?
Rascall Flatts. I still can’t get that Me and My Gang album out of my head after the 10th grade basketball road trip where I endured it on repeat.
– Favorite post-run food
Overnight oats, or if I’m really treating myself I get the Eggscape at Magnolia.
– Favorite workout
Fast, short stuff with lots of recovery is the most fun, but I also love long runs where you’re chatting with friends and look down and realize 10 miles passed by. Socializing + getting fit!
– Heads or Tails?
– Who is the most influential or inspirational person in your running? Why?
Chris Schrader, my high school coach. Classic “before I met him I was nothing!” story. Seriously. He showed me a dream I didn’t know I had about running in college, and gave me the coaching to make it happen.
– Dream job after running
I want to be at an organization where I share common values: doing your best work, going all-in on a goal, and aiming for a healthy, active lifestyle.
– Favorite TV show
My husband Jake and I are pretty into “The Americans” right now.
